Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Voxcount account and the personal data linked to it at any time. There are two ways.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Voxcount app.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and individual data are removed straight away.

Option 2 — By email

Email privacy@voxcount.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your account and login details.
  • Your individual answers and demographic profile (deleted or fully anonymised).
  • Your points balance and any linked device information.

What may be kept

  • Aggregated, anonymised insight that no longer identifies you — this is not personal data and is not affected.
  • Reward records, where the law requires us to keep them for a limited time (for example for tax and accounting), then deleted.

If you have unredeemed points, please redeem them for a voucher or donation before deleting, as they are lost when your account is removed.
